Would be very careful here when you hand in the car! Had rented a car for a longer period (> 6 months) and then handed it in in the evening because the branch was already closed. A week later I get a damage report that there should be a scratch on the fender. I only got a few black-and-white pictures where hardly anything could be seen. In addition, there should have been fire holes in the doormat. I wrote an email asking for a more detailed description of the damage but never received an answer. Then 1 month later I will receive an invoice for the full self-service amount (1500 €) for the scratch and almost 300 euros for the floor mats ?! The whole thing also directly via a reminder. Allegedly I received an invoice two weeks in advance (I never got it, strangely enough, otherwise all letters always arrive directly .....) Definitely very questionable practices of this car rental company. I would take good care and just hand in the car in the presence of an employee ... or ideally rent it somewhere else. It's a shame how long-term customers are dealt with here and how one is ripped off here. These prices for the repair are completely utopian (was a car from the lowest price range)

You can easily rent a car or van here. The offers are great. However, it should not be assumed that everyone can drive automatic. Unfortunately, you can only pay with a card.
