Brazen and unfriendly employee Today (8/9/20, 3 p.m.) I was very annoyed about the young man at the cash register. I had ordered a bag of ice cubes from him. He told me the price, I paid. Then he said he would come out to the ice chest (it says outside, secured with a padlock) as soon as there are no more customers in the sales room. So I went out and waited for him there. Then I realized that it could probably take a long time, as customers came and went. I went back in after five minutes and asked how we were going to do it when there were always customers in the sales room. Arrogant and very brief announcement followed: There is nothing he can do about it. If he could give me the key for the padlock, I'll get the ice cubes out myself quickly: he won't. I waited again for about 5 minutes but he didn't come out (couldn't, was a customer in the sales room all the time. Another question as to how things will go on now: Not his problem. At some point I asked for my money back and drove again. In addition to the really unfriendly and somewhat arrogant nature of the petrol station employee, I was annoyed about the procedure: collect money and then leave customers outside without a friendly word or the hint that it could take a little longer. It was very ugly so I will avoid this gas station now.

This is a very good gas station. I always like to come here with my second car. Unfortunately there is no Aral Ultimate here otherwise I would also come here with the other. Staff is nice and friendly basically everything is very clean. Something completely different from the other gas station on the same street.
