Nice clean car. Pleasant and helpful staff. Car was perfect for our 3 week Germany and Prague vacation. We drove 7733km or 4800 mi.

Vehicle reserved, paid and not received because "CHECK LIST - IT MUST BE PROVIDED ON THE SWITCH" in the confirmation mail was not complete. The local employee was not very interested in a solution. The money is gone. I strongly advise against.

Hertz's online construct has many shortcomings. It is not clear which vehicle sizes can be delivered. Everybody accepts all vehicles on the internet. !!! That's not true.!!! Example, Brinkum at the IKEA, which does not exist, because the vehicle from Hertz for IKEA are (3,5to). That to the general. After we have now banned the way to the airport, the evidence was missing on Hertz! No flags, advertisement or anything else. There were also no indications where or that the vehicles would have to be delivered in the parking garage. So we parked the vehicle 140 meters before and found the Hertz office, which is located in the main airport building. After we got rid of our displeasure with the ladies, the ladies worked very professionally. Have with us the way to the car, then drove it for us in the appropriate return.
