Rented from here 4 times now. Staff always friendly and helpful, and I've always received a vehicle that's in excellent condition and of a high specification.

Car rented 2 months ago. At the handover: The car was dirty and was only returned a minute ago. When handing in, insisted that an employee look through the car and examine it thoroughly. 2 months later: Invoice of over 1000 € WITHOUT ANY REASON. Accident damage then emerged after numerous calls. I said no, because before and after I took pictures and thus the proof that everything was fine with the submission. Telephone service was not even really German, was forwarded to the "damage" area, try to call there. A number that is always busy. I really felt like calling 150 times. Now I am taking the money back from the bank with the evidence. And turn on the lawyer. I would rather pay 1000 € for the lawyer than for these liars and fraudsters. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!! Rip off!!!!!!! One star is too much.

The deposit has not been released until 15.11.19 even though there were no additional charges and the car was returned in the same condition as I received. Rather than answering letters, I mean the next time I use another company.

I cannot recommend this company. At the handover in Lübeck, I was overlooked. There was a 5 to 6 cm long usage track on the left side mirror. Of course, I saw and reported that when I handed it over. The "expert" in Lübeck said that this was a use track that was not so important. At the delivery in Bremen I was charged 177 euros for it. From 2.5 cm it should be considered a damage. So be careful. Always have a note. For me it means: never again budget / advice.

Not recommendable. I was charged fuel, even though the car was filled up. I was also offered an upgrade for 11 €. I asked if it was the surcharge for the entire rental period and this was confirmed. Afterwards it turned out to be a net amount per day and in addition a higher airport fee was estimated. Overall, very intransparent and almost fraudulent. In addition, Budget has an unfriendly customer service that you are waiting for forever.
