Good morning My rent number is RA 398940835 I don't understand about they take from me 91,44 euros for fuel insurance ? I was bringing back the car with a full tank.they promised me to send the money back when I deliver the car back.. but now we are in September and I was sent many letters for send back my money !! and they don't send it back ? with attention I was extended one day so they take the money immediately !! your accountant takes from my account 71,61 Euros immediately and I was paid to you on gasoline insurance 91.44 Euros . so please can send back my 91.44 Euros. because if you see Regards Mardini

Very bad customer service. Taking a break is more important then attending ONE customer at 10pm. Arrogant manager. Would not recommend.

This location has GREAT SERVICE! The people were very friendly and understanding, even at around closing time which was when I came to get the car. I was serviced personally by the manager, his name was Rawasch Hakam. He took care of me and definitely made renting a pleasurable experience which will ensure I come back again. Good job!

Never want to visit Avis or this office in life time. Highly recommend not to rent a car. No proper response and just money minded and the desisions are taken without customer opinion or request. Just pay pay pay...
