Car wash not so well, water stains remain and not really well clean. SBwashing and vacuuming cost extra. Everything is getting a bit old

I always thought the tank attendants at Shell were there to improve service and not to bully customers. Very unfriendly and passive aggressive employee, unfortunately only partially able to speak German. Seeks physical contact right away. I'm sure I won't ask any more questions, because I will continue to drive a gas station in the future.

So far, only friendly staff.

Very friendly service. Relatively small selection in the shop. Prices, as usual, rather high. Ideally located for this, it is very easy to get there and away.

Like typical Shell gas station always a bit more expensive than the environment. Staff is quite friendly, but only has a small selection of goods. The car wash is not always in operation, even if the gate is open.
