Just when I called before my visit received me a very friendly voice. An incredibly good advice of the gentleman, friendly courteous and full of expertise. If you are still looking for fragrances that are not everywhere, this is the place for you!

I have never experienced anything so unfriendly. The Lord is a disaster. Kindness and respect equal to zero!

The staff kept me waiting for a very long time, even though there were no other customers. When I asked in a friendly manner if she could help me briefly, I was pointed out very harshly and rudely that she still had something to do and then came to me. Not a nice experience and unfortunately not an isolated case. In the meantime, this has happened to me several times in this perfumery in a similar form. It's a shame, as I like to support local shops, but in this case I prefer online trading - uncomplicated and in any case friendlier customer service!

Very bad never buy something from here again ..
