Fotelcom is not recommended! Cell phone declared as new and in its original packaging via eBay. Used equipment would be delivered. Cardboard box torn, manual with dog ears, battery missing, power supply adapter missing, all protective films for the device were removed, DVD for manual was scratched and not originally packed, everything was simply thrown into the scruffy box. This is probably called fraudulent misrepresentation and is a criminal offense. Purchase was of course canceled by me. The money came back quickly thanks to eBay. And don't think anyone at Fotelcom commented on it or apologized. This whole behavior shows very clearly how indifferent their customers are. ERGO FINGER AWAY !!!

Very cheap webcam Typhoon Easycam 1.3 MPix bought. Delivery came quickly. The enclosed software was out of date with Windows 7 install and therefore does not work. Am richer by an experience.

Everything went super! friendly customer service and fast delivery. Contact was made directly through the platform, answer within 12 hours. Gladly again

Cordless phone bought from eBay seller dream-box88 broken during the warranty period. Device complained and sent back. After more than a month, no exchange or refund of the purchase price from Fotelcom GmbH. Very bad service. Now I have to go to the lawyer because of such small things. Very annoying, I could have spent this time better.

Purchased phone defective after 2 months. Device complained without success and sent back. No Answer from Fotelcom. Beware - keep away from the store!
