I was today after about 9 hours of work to pick up a package. The employee first mocked my statement about the collection, then he said, "sign with your finger on the display" looked at another visitor and laughed until I interrupted him. The owner came into the room, did nothing. I just kindly announced that I would pick up a package. That's what you get as a customer today. I will write another complaint to DPD.
