Many thanks to the SuMa team in Bremen ... I would like to thank you by phone for the very friendly advice and thus simply re-ordering (care products and replacement pads). Over a year ago, half of my old waterbed was replaced with articles from SuMa and I am more than satisfied. Top advice and quality I can only recommend it.

Absolutely nice and competent contact! I was called back punctually at the agreed date and advised very nicely! I also had the feeling that I was given very individual advice and that the employee knew exactly what she was talking about! Together we configured a water bed that is optimally designed for my sleeping needs! I'm really looking forward to my Suma waterbed and find it extremely remarkable that you are accompanied by a contact person during the entire process!

The advice over the phone is really exceptional! All questions and requests are dealt with very competently. From my own experience, I can't say anything about the beds themselves at the moment, because I just ordered mine. My parents have had their SUMA waterbed for over 10 years now and are still completely thrilled.

We were in the Bremen branch a week ago and were very well advised by Ms. Müller-Lenz. The individual variants and options have been explained to us in detail. After a trial, it was clear to us that we would get a water bed. Made a fixed appointment, the bed was delivered quickly. The construction was done by ourselves. The instructions are very well described. We can say that SuMa waterbeds are perfect !!
