We were here for advice on a new kitchen. We received very extensive and friendly advice. Even when we had questions on the third visit, they were answered patiently. In the kitchen exhibition there are models / samples for every taste. We think the final price for our new kitchen is very good and reasonable. If we could, we would like to give Möbelhaus Meyer 10 stars for this great experience!

A kitchen planning to get used to. We have rarely felt so uncomfortable as customers as we did here. Gruff, disinterested manner at the planning appointment. We were sent off again and again in a bogus and ill-thought-out way, instead of simply wandering through the variety of kitchens with a checklist and clarifying all the options. We were more of a nuisance than a customer couple. It seemed as if the good man was planning HIS kitchen and not ours. A good order situation there seems to be a reason to treat interested parties really badly. At no point was the budget requested. We then seemed insulted when the planned volume of just under 10,000 euros was far too expensive for us and we wanted to have cheaper options checked in order to reach our limit of 6,000 euros. Lese majesty, apparently. And then this cheap price dancing. My goodness, we don't have much experience buying kitchens, but we didn't fall on our heads either ... We only give more than one star here because we have learned a lot. Mainly what we don't want and how we imagine a treatment when we spend a mid four-digit amount. Ultimately, we bought the grinding mill in a kitchen studio - and even increased our limit there by 1,000 euros, because the advice there was nice, friendly and approachable. With Meyer, however ... never again.

Always my pleasure! Friendly, professional and competent advice. The staff take their time and they have a large selection of furniture for all ages. The prices and quality of the products are also impressive. In addition, the wishes and concerns of the customer are discussed and suitable offers are made. Have a super fitted kitchen with which I am very happy. In addition, construction and delivery were always included in the price.

Recommended kitchen studio. We felt very well cared for. In the consultation we responded to our individual wishes and in conversation we were able to develop the kitchen step by step. It was nice that we were not pushed to decisions, but many interesting suggestions were introduced by the consultant and ultimately we got the perfect kitchen at a fair price. In the exhibition we could just look at a lot of different models, which was very helpful. Really good, the final assembly by the in-house carpenters.

An extremely customer-unfriendly company. We are happy to support local retailers and are willing to pay a corresponding price. We returned to the company because of a broken sink in a kitchen bought several years ago from Möbel Meyer. The statement was that the company did not want to take care of us and referred to a high workload and a shortage of skilled workers in the company. Already during the visit to the shop we did not feel welcome. So you push the customer into big, impersonal furniture stores or the internet trade and get rid of yourself. Möbel Meyer has seen me for the last time and I will now take care of a solution on the internet. Too bad. I have never experienced such a treatment in a shop. I can not recommend Möbel Meyer and advise anyone looking for long-term customer service to shop there.
