We ordered the sofa set, our seat came on the date they said and we were satisfied. They made repairs and replacements afterwards due to the problem in the seat. The factory asked us to order a different seat instead of the new one since the same seat was no longer made, and the seat that came with the ordered seat color had nothing to do with the distance. Even though we wanted our old seat, it was wrong, it was our home. The old seat was worn out because they could not be kept well and they offered another seat. Of course, in the meantime, it takes 8-10 weeks and all of them are not happening from today to tomorrow and a very long process emerges. After using it for 2-3 months in the last seat they sent, there was wear due to its quality and we are now trying to handle it with our seat. We will have to endure until it is time to renew. Yes, they tried to help, but we have been and still experience victimization. Even if it originates from the factory, this reflects on them and writes them as negative points. Now that you've decided to take no furniture from Turkey and Germany made even if unfortunately we will prefer European-made products.
