I ordered an ethanol stove that was damaged! Unfortunately, I couldn't come to an agreement with customer service. They had offered me minimal compensation that I really didn't think was fair enough! Unfortunately, I never received an answer to my suggestion to send me a reserve burner as compensation. In my opinion, this does not speak for a customer-friendly company!

I ordered a table here. The delivery time was given as 10 days. In fact, it only took me 5 days to have it. Since everything is fine with the item I can't comment on the customer service.

I can't really understand the negative comments. Unfortunately my delivery is late at the moment, but the customer service is very friendly. I inquired twice about the delivery by phone and easily reached someone and my email was answered quickly. Another beach chair with an earlier delivery time was also suggested to me, which I found very good.
