Went in looking for a topper and the first thing the customer service (a girl) asked me was, upto how much i can afford. Pure lack of professionalism. She has to learn not to judge people based on how they look!

We made an appointment online at short notice, which was then immediately confirmed by email. Just in time for the appointment, we were in the shop in downtown Bremen and were warmly welcomed by Mrs. A thorough analysis of our requirements for a box spring bed was carried out. Then we were able to try out many different beds. Ms. A. answered all our questions very patiently and gave us excellent advice, so that we were convinced. An offer was drawn up and all the details were explained. Ms. A. kindly offered us drinks, which we gladly accepted. The consultation lasted a total of over an hour and we left the store with a good feeling as we had given ourselves time to think about it. The next day we had questions that Ms. A. answered us very friendly and competently on the phone. So we were completely convinced and then ordered a box spring bed. .
