Very nice and friendly

How to act so towards potential customers seems to me in vain. I had to be subordinated, just because I wanted to find out my ring size. I did not behave rudely or in any other way conspicuous. I would not recommend anyone ever to go there.

A very nice lady took care of my watch, which on the one hand needed a new battery, but whose stopwatch button was also stuck. Within a few minutes the battery was replaced and the button was working again. Only the battery replacement was charged for € 6. Excellent!

I gave my Tommy H. watch here, the battery should be changed, the seal was damaged. I went there for the second time. I should pay 30 euros for a new seal complained, that would not be their fault, very rude never go back ..
