Unfortunately, the friendliness and competence of the staff present was often poor. The statements of the sellers about a thing / an article are all different and you can tell that everyone works against everyone. There were only problems with the purchased product. It was sent in, came back, did not work and instead of help one was accused. I find communication with a direct "you" inappropriate if the customer is visibly older. Fossil - no thanks.

A super nice modern store where you can buy beautiful watches and where you receive expert assistance. On November 27, 2020 I was here with Marieke and Florian and Marieke had a look at a few nice bags, only she was a bit shocked by the prices;)
