I had a really good experience with this business. They treated me well, they were very friendly and I had no problem at all for ordering the engagement ring for my wife. I've read a lot of negative comments about misbehaviour and rudeness from the staff, but I haven't seen any of that, so I don't know what to think about it. In my case, they even offered me different possibilities for making the payment and everything was smooth. I'm really happy with them and so is my future wife after seeing her engagement ring

We went for advice without an appointment, were warmly welcomed and advised very competently. The promised date was kept and the rings exactly matched the order. Pick up payment were possible without any problems.

We bought our wedding rings there, the first consultation was good and we got beautiful rings. We were promised the engraving will take place later (according to the motto, just drop by), then we have an appointment for the engraving and we are told it will take at least 4 weeks! We don't want to walk around without rings for so long.

To recommend! We were greeted warmly, even though we had no appointment. We were professionally helped to create the perfect rings for us. We were able to pick them up 2 weeks later. The price is reasonable. The quality top!

Unfortunately, one star is still too many ... I went into the shop with watches and some gold jewelry. The lady was unfortunately very unfriendly and quite condescending! When we said goodbye, she didn't even look at us anymore ... never again!
