We had an appointment with Mr. Willenbrock for a wedding ring consultation. He took a lot of time and gave us extensive advice. There are many different models to try on. The shop is very clean and welcoming. All employees are friendly and competent. Now we have received the rings and are thrilled.

We wanted to have the battery changed in the Junghans watch we bought in the store three years ago at 4:00 p.m. today. The lady was completely overwhelmed, pounded on the back of the watch with a small hammer, the watch would have soaked up and we should come back later. At 4:30 p.m. we were there again and got a broken, completely scratched watch back and it would now have to be sent for repair at our expense, according to the statements of the incompetent employee. As a reference, the watch worked perfectly until the battery was changed. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN. ONLY FROM MAIL ORDER, AMAZON, OTTO AND CO. And battery change in the "specialist shop" where you have a clue.
