👎🏻 I was with my golden broken lock (750) in Germany's Trollbeads flagship store in Bremen and wanted to have it repaired! I was told that it doesn't work, but that I could buy a new cap for 1250 € !! Their own workshop couldn't repair it and they didn't want to send it to Denmark 🇩🇰 to the manufacturer! I then sent it to the manufacturer myself and received the message today that it was repaired for € 60! Unfortunately, the advice in Bremen was very unfriendly and incompetent! 👎🏻 It is a shame that you are twisting things gesagt You clearly stated that you do not want to send the goods to Denmark 🇩🇰 and that I should try it myself 😕 but the same thing happened to me a year ago with my silver closure and then I got it delivered directly in Copenhagen 👍 That is customer unfriendly 👎🏻

Unfortunately, I left with the feeling that I was not welcome. Maybe it was just a bad day. Really friendly is different. Questions were not answered. Maybe you just didn't feel like customers that day. Unfortunately, I just found out when I was pulling the pearl, it has a flaw. Now I have to go to the store again. Maybe I'll get a better day.
