I wanted to buy regionally. Völz is about 15 km away so I wanted to have a price request for a cylinder lock by email in advance. I gave the exact name. After a week I got an answer that this part would have to be ordered Price not known! It was already clear that it had to be ordered. But this answer doesn't help after so long and shows me that there is no interest. I am now ordering on the Internet.

Highly unprofessional and completely overpriced - FINGER WEG! I had 2 front door keys copied from Völz today - authorization from Gewoba and a sample key were available. After a long wait, I drove home with 2 wrong keys for a mere 38 € and was allowed to drive the route again and complain. My wish to receive only one correct key was ignored without comment - 2 pieces were made again. An excuse for a 20km drive and 1h effort was too much to ask. Absolutely disappointing and by no means recommended.

Very pleasant specialist staff! In contrast to the hardware store, you take on your problem and solve it. At Völz "knowledge" is there!
