Hotel Schönfeld

If I could give a zero star rating. For the first time ever. After what happened with the crazy "caretaker" I would have expected my money back or some type of compensation. Instead I was told to get out of the hotel when I tried to make a complaint about the man that is supposed to be working there got so drunk while cooking dinner, passed out with the back door open and a mess everywhere. Then he got up and pulled down his underwear and peed everywhere, while yelling at the top of his lungs. I could not believe what had happened and am still in shock. Had to mop the floor at midnight and then when confronted he denied doing anything wrong. To later come out of his room to smash all the dishes in the kitchen and slam doors while yelling. So strange. When he woke up in the morning he would yell and wake me up every single day. ... Unfortunately, this is just one poor aspect of this hotel. The rest is spoken for itself. Terribly dirty place, worst beds, front desk was rude...etc Oh, and a young girl tried to come in the main hotel late at night and was refused access even when showing her confirmed booking.. So so horrible I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Just keep your hands off this dump. I wouldn't even step into something like that for free ...
