Very rude staff. The employee knows the words thank you and please not. Have now had something delivered by Hermes there for the second time, unfortunately treated unkindly for the second time. "Customers" who probably use this kiosk or shop "only" as a parcel shop are probably not welcome. I will now forward this complaint to Hermes. However, the long continuous opening hours speak in favor of the shop.

Competent not only helped but taken matters into hand and finally clarified. Where can you still find that today? I am very enthusiastic and can only highly recommend the shop.
