The worst service ever.. Unfriendly staff, like they're forced to work. I just asked her how much the postage would cost.. And blasted me with.. I've got only one head to focus on one thing at a time.. Really avoid this store.

Good location and choice of products. Staff seems bored/annoyed to work there.

Very rude middle-aged shop assistant. Snappy, from above and no service thought let alone a friendly word.

I posted a Maxibrief Plus with Prio at 8:08 on 6/6/19, it was freed up online, the employee was reportedly unable to read the code and printed out a new one and pasted it on. Since then, the shipment is considered delivered in the tracking. I would like to know what you have done with the program. Because normally the shipment should arrive at the receiver the next day and not stop as delivered. I'll ask for it tomorrow. I'm curious what I get to the answer.

Very unfriendly employee! She is always annoyed when you enter the store. If she just does not feel like helping someone with a mailing, she likes to clear the shelves for a few minutes, then another customer comes into the store, this one is served first and then she accepts a piece of mail under eye's eye. If one then asks for a receipt, this one is only thrown against. Unfortunately, I had to do this experience more often, even if you want to buy maps or magazines there. Should I therefore need magazines or cards, I prefer to buy them in the supermarket opposite.
