My mother has been receiving food from Gloria for three days. She is very happy with it herself. Today I had the opportunity to be present at the handover and to have a taste. I have to say that I liked everything very much. The food is well packed (on a porcelain plate) and stays hot for a long time. So it doesn't matter if it is delivered at 11 a.m. The drivers cannot deliver all at 12 noon at the same time! The driver is very friendly and the food was delicious. There wasn't too much salt, but the taste was refined with other spices. Because there was no vegetable side dish today, a portion of salad was added. There is also a dessert every day. Ordering and the process are both very straightforward. I am happy that I have chosen Gloria. I am not a company employee (!) But think that we should not always complain, but also publish the other opinion.

Too late delivery times and no reliability at the delivery staff. Sometimes the food came on time, then only at 14:30 h. The excuses of the disposition were u.a. "we are about to restructure" with no improvement. The company is therefore not recommended.

Delivery over the holidays: Probably due to a lack of staff "Lunch" likes to arrive in the morning or in the afternoon. About Easter 2019 this meant: 10:40 or 14:40 Arrival of meals in 28307 Bremen. A period of at least 4! Hours. This, too, is simply a disaster, making customers wait so long! What should one be prepared for? By the way: the lady who delivers the food at 2:40 p.m. could have resolesed the shoes comfortably while walking (rather sneaking)! No sign of rush or stress. To deliver the food to 2 neighbors in a straight 30m street, she needed an incredible 8! Minutes. No wonder that she only shows up in the afternoon with the phlegm. So there is a lot to work through in terms of organization.
