After a long wait I could finally hand over my parcel, which was already franked online (as an envelope). The employee was very annoyed and suddenly refuses to accept my online package. She said I would have to buy a package for 5.99, because otherwise she could not send my package. Funny that the Post branch at Porta Nigra worked again and again ..... and the packages were always well-received! I also sent a letter that day. The sender and recipient are clearly on the front and back. The next day I got the letter delivered to me. With a receipt I went there again and described the problem. The answer is, "Yes, it was a mistake, but that's the way it is, but we can't do anything so you have to pay the money for the letter again’ ’" Simply unbelievable and extremely unfriendly ... never again! 1star is too much too :)

Absolutely incompetent and unfriendly. No matter what worker, no idea of ​​package shipping, unfriendly and really pampy! Unfortunately, despite complaints, nothing is done !!!
