Highly Recommended! At first only as a visitor, then as a campaigner, I participated in various guided tours with Bremen pilots and every single one was a real pleasure! Wonderfully narrated and structured with loving anecdotes and details, a young, sympathetic and dedicated team and a relaxed atmosphere let you rediscover the great Hanseatic city. There are 'open' tours at fixed times to which you can just go or you can book at specific times. Guided tours are also made with small groups, which is especially great because you have time to ask questions. Especially the medieval tour and the witch's guide are especially good! Definitely with the best city tours I've ever participated in, I highly recommend!

We were with a 5th class from Bremerhaven in Bremen. We enjoyed the tour very well, the kids were interested and the city guide answered all the questions with a lot of patience and expertise. You can feel her passion for the city and its history. We will be back

We have already taken part in the election brakes three guided tours, each with different content at Bremen pilot. Every time we were amazed, how much new things we can still discover in our own city. The tours themselves are very entertaining and are made with great dedication and attention to detail. You can tell that the city guides have fun in storytelling and in their city and do the job with enthusiasm. We will definitely visit more tours!

We had booked the tour of the spirits, witches and dark sides of Bremen from the pilots. The tour is highly recommended. We were a very small group, but instead of canceling them like other companies do because of lack of support, we had a pleasant private lead with time for our own questions. We were guided for 1.5 entertaining hours by a certain part of Bremen and got to know completely unknown sides of the Hanseatic city. The leadership was interesting and addressed. Many thanks to the Bremenlotsen team, we will be back soon.

We have booked for our wedding guests a medieval city tour with two city guides, which should bridge the time after the wedding until the reception entertaining. On the wedding day itself, this was canceled at 9.30 clock by mail and SMS, as both city leaders were suddenly ill. Unfortunately, no one was available anymore, responding to a friendly demand via SMS, if they had an idea where we might get replacement at short notice, was not responded. Apart from the fact that such a short notice on such a special day is of course very unfortunate, we would have expected that at least had sought to substitute or could have given us a tip, where we could possibly have found a replacement. Fortunately, we found replacement even 4 hours before the wedding. The nice employees of Arttours were ready to jump in at short notice and have organized a great city tour. Thank you again, our guests were thoroughly enthusiastic.
