If you could give -2 stars, the travel agency Dr. Tigges would have deserved it! My wife had received a voucher from this travel agency from colleagues to change her job. But no matter what we wanted to book there, it didn't work. At first they couldn't book the holiday apartment they wanted for our planned Denmark vacation, then we looked for flights for a short trip to Italy. These should be with Dr. Tigges are around 80% (!) More expensive than on the airlines' websites. Third attempt: 3 days in Helgoland, an offer from Dr. Tigges homepage (!!!). This could not be booked because allegedly only at least 4 days had to be entered in the system. Last attempt: Contacted the hotel on Helgoland, reserved the desired stay, Dr. Tigges should then pay the deposit due using the voucher. This would not work either, since it would then not be a service of the travel agency. Never again will we set foot in this travel prevention hell!
