The only employee (Paul) I met was super friendly and helpful, even without direct knowledge of my special e-scooter, he recognized the problem immediately and repaired the damage. The price-performance ratio is always right. I am very happy with the result.

Certainly a good business model: electromobility. The sellers are nice, are happy to provide a lot of information, and the shop makes a good impression overall. Then why only two stars? Because I wasn't offered a test drive for a Zero for almost a year !!!! Not until today! Well, the season is definitely over now. I went to the store 3 times, asked for a test drive on Zero's homepage, nothing! Don't they want to sell anything ????? Maybe I'll have to go to Hamburg or Celle next year. Too bad.

Good advice on e-scooters. Was able to take a test drive without any problems. I can only recommend it 👍🏼
