Very good and reliable service. The person at the call center was really friendly and made me feel secure that the taxi will arrive on time despite the early departure on my travel day. The taxi was well in advance waiting for me to make sure I arrived in time to my destination. Also the driver was friendly and helped with my heavy luggage. Thank you!

Very rude driver, while I was parked at my destination and was reaching for my wallet to give the woman my money she kept the timer going and when I asked her what that was about she started arguing that, that was how it worked and that as long as I’m in the car the timer would keep running. Not satisfied at all!

People who work there are nice and proffesional.

I booked a trip by phone and told them that I had to come to work urgently because the bus had already canceled. Since after 2 hours (!) There was still no taxi, I called repeatedly, whereupon I was informed that the driver was on the way - during the address comparison, the company found that the wrong location was entered as the destination, which caused the Arrival also delayed. So I stopped coming to work, but I got rid of half a fortune. The delay could be attributed to an "incident". I was told that it neither brings back my time nor appeases my employer. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative rating here. The driver himself can't help it, but you should work on customer service again!

When I'm in Trier, if I take a taxi, I always drive with Gauer Dahm. They were always on time and contacted me by phone should there be a delay. The staff on the phone is very friendly and I was always given very competent help when I had questions. Day or night. The drivers have always been nice and friendly and I can only warmly recommend this company.
