As an international traveler I was impressed by the quality of service here. Being abroad makes renting a car and getting around challenging. The office is walkable from the train station at about a mile. We dropped off our car before they opened and it went flawlessly. When we dropped off our car we got a taxi and that went well too.
no car rental co has ever disrespected me more than these people. A couple leads the shop. The lady was nice and reasonable. The husband at return was really rude. Sent me back in a harsh tone with the rental car to top up the fuel when it was full. so I went to nearest station a few km away just to fill it up by 0.8 liters to click. he also came with other utter bs. the car was good though... I trust this was just a bad day in office for him.
New location (within the last two years) with plenty of room to operate. GREAT Friendly service in German and English. Very efficient staff to get you on the road quickly and just as proficient on the return. Very nice vehicles with plenty of variety to choose from.
