Herr A, Ms D, and the young men who checked out the car were extremely, extremely patient, friendly, helpful and professional. I have rented cars at least 15 times in the world, and this branch in Trier has been the most pleasant experience by far. The information provided was clear, direct, my time was valued, and I can't wait to use Europcar's services again. Thank you, Europcar Trier team!

Fast and nice service. Good prices, new cars. Overall all good and all in order. Offer of Premium insurance where you are covered for all the damages and you don't need to pay in case of any damage, the company arranges that directly with insurance. Excess of kilometers is 0.2€ per km.

Some of the personal needs some training on how to adress customers. At least the manager should keep an eye on this. Otherwise cars are clean and never had and issue.

Fully satisfied, friendly personnel, ok price, car was quite new and no hidden costs.
