No option to exchange, despite several calls and appointments 👎. Your answer is correct, but it has been promised twice that someone will come to the shop and exchange the jewelry. Can you say that it will only work in February / March .... 👎

Great advice and quick help! Due to Corona we had to postpone our wedding and unfortunately the date in our rings was no longer correct. But we were helped quickly and easily. Now everything is right again !! Many Thanks

Very good advice had broken pieces of jewelry where I was told what kind of gold it was, then the things were weighed, I have to say I didn't imagine that much then I was able to buy a bracelet and still had money left over I think so even if I have no idea about something like that, I would like to thank you again very much. If I have other concerns I will come back to you, that is a jeweler that you can recommend with a clear conscience!
