"Art to think about" is how I would describe Ilknur Özen's gallery from my point of view. No matter who I show the website to, everyone is excited. Regardless of whether it is an office or your own four walls, such works of art fit almost anywhere.

Dearest Ilknur, thank you very much for all the loving products, for the reliable and prompt deliveries. You can feel how you stand wholeheartedly behind everything you do and offer to your customers. I always like to come back to it. Keep it up! Heartfelt is more than a name Barbara

I met the three artists at a vernissage in Bavaria and spontaneously bought a work. They do very interesting, appealing and critical works in pictures and words. I look forward to visiting the gallery.

I rarely write reviews, but I really wanted to write one about Vollherzig Galerie & Verlag and the artwork “Remains of Peace”. Because these encounters are not so common, where everything is just right: professionalism, friendliness, passion. And if you stumble across someone who is wholeheartedly committed to what he does and also good at it, it's worth a positive review. The face behind Vollherzig Galerie & Verlag is Ilknur Özen. It has set itself the task of creating a space in which philosophy, art and design meet and to remember the lost qualities of being human. So it says on the website. This promise is fulfilled in a special way with the works of AL, an artist she represents. The artwork “Remains of Peace” is part of the Denkstahl Edition. DENKSTAHL is the latest art project by this rebel, who looks where it hurts, puts his finger in the wound and combines street art with digital image art. "Remains of Peace" is now hanging on the wall of my study as a signed, limited screen print (40x40 cm). The artwork immediately appealed to me when I saw it for the first time. My first association was "Picasso Peace Dove". In fact, the work is a tribute to Picasso. The artist contrasts the dove as a symbol of peace with bullet holes, symbols of war and destruction. But for me it is so much more: I love the picture, because it reminds me every day that we can be free and fly despite our injuries. It is possible to find peace in us and to make peace with the world. We can see the beautiful and the ugly at the same time and we always have the choice of evaluating it or judging it. Or whether we leave it there like that. Screen printing is certainly not the last piece of art that will find a place in my apartment and in my heart. Maybe at some point I will also take part in the gallery's new project. It's called HEADS WANTED. The portraits the artist creates look pretty cool!
