in one word: perfect! I came to the goldsmith with an individual request for a piece of jewelry for my wife. Only on the basis of a blurry photo, Frau Voll conjured up a pendant that couldn't be more beautiful. Implementing my idea was very, very difficult; Thoughts were given, suggestions made until the great solution was finally there. It was finished just before Christmas, perfect! If you look at the pendant, you can immediately see the handwriting of Frau Voll, a curved eyelet, fits perfectly, looks incredibly beautiful. Any time! Nice side effect: the price is even below the cost estimate.

The cost estimate was twice the agreed budget. The agreed date for the completion of the piece of jewelry was firmly promised but not kept, the workshop involved in the engraving would have made a mistake. A voucher was drawn. After that there was no news for 5 weeks. We had to inquire and insist on an early completion. The birthday on which the piece of jewelery was to be given away was long over. This is very bad customer service and it annoyed us very much. The result is of perfect quality and there was an addition as compensation. Nevertheless, a bitter aftertaste remains.
