Have used this company before for a low cost purchase of MS Office. Software delivered quickly and installed with no problems - and a great price. Used them again for another MS Office package - I had problems with the license key, but when I reported this they sent me a new MS Office package, and this worked fine. I call that excellent customer service.

I bought Office and we instal on new HP Elitebook. We did everything to instal, but it cause blue screen on new laptop. We did clean everything and instal Office from another source and supplier-we spend just 5 or 10 minutes and it works perfect. We made reclamation note for not working software from SoftwareOnlineKaufen, but they were sending back the same answer several times. They do not want to refund our money. It is not fair to sell Office which cause blue screen on new computer. It is not our fault for not working software and we expect to refund our money back.
