There are some special brands you can’t get elsewhere in the city. However, Bang & Olufsen is massively overpriced anyway. They use off-the-shelf components with a little extra circuitry and overcharge for the so-called designer case. You can get equal or better audio quality for more reasonable prices from other A-brands like Bose. Blang has a remarkable staff turnover. Something must be terribly wrong behind the scenes. Beside the few special products they have nothing you wouldn’t get online or in walking distance from other stores at a much better price point.

I always buy high quality products here. There is also a very friendly and competent service. It couldn't be better!

With pleasure again! I bought a sound system here as a gift. I was advised BEST and more than friendly! I was able to pick up the sound system on the same day and it was even loaded into my car! Absolute juice shop! Called and asked whether the Huawei cell phone bought on Black Friday can also be picked up against cash payment instead of prepayment ... The employee wanted to clarify it and call me back. 2 days later I get the cancellation of my order because no incoming payment could be determined and the device would no longer fall within the promotional period. I'm still waiting for your employee to call you back. I will never order from this joke shed again!

Complete satisfaction, perfect service from the tel. Inquiries, through the order to the return and exchange, Sonos Beam (PERFECT !!!) and bracket (unfortunately not suitable, the suitable one was exchanged for another, then desired product), the customer puts the term service, & customer orientation in front. Exceeded expectations, it's nice that something like this still exists in this country
