Zero stars I bought a used camera with replacement batteries. They said it would all work. The batteries are dead and you cannot play any current software on them. I think they knew everything in advance. Was there and wanted to bring everything back. They conveyed to me that I had bad luck and only offered me a voucher because the interview: "I could use something else!" I went shopping there for the last time. Services is something else. Too bad.

Clear 5 stars because the advice is simply top. The sellers take their time for the customers and, depending on the buyer's preferences, advise them specifically on their interests. There is also no lack of friendliness in this business. I have already bought several things and would do it again anytime. I can rely on the competence of the sales person.

I have been a customer of yours for several years and think that now is the time to support you with my experience "especially in this difficult time". At that time (estimated 8/9 years) I bought the Fuji x10 from Ringfoto Kramp as a new customer and it was with this sales talk that it all started unconsciously. 5 years ago I bought the Fuji XT 2 & XF 18-55mm and a small bag with everything that goes with it. The passion for photography as a hobby photographer has developed for me through the good advice and my many questions over the years with every purchase. I then bought additional accessories and my first XF 50 - 140 mm telephoto lens & XF 1.4 TC WR teleconverter. At the beginning of this year I noticed that I was looking for something new and explained myself like wild in the shop with the seller about what I photograph and what bothered me about the XT 2 - in connection with my expectations. My wishes were more in the direction of being influenced by advertising and not what I was essentially looking for. In this regard, the seller drew my attention to me very professionally and did not recommend the most expensive cameras to me, but the XT 3. Of course that would have been fine if I wanted something else. He just didn't want to sell me anything that I 1. don't need and 2. don't look for. I found that very praiseworthy because it also saved me money. I got a fair offer to repay my old XT 2 & ... and on top of that, it caught my attention with regard to the cash-back promotion, through which I got the XT 3 cheaper. All in all, I saved several hundred euros when I bought my new XF 10-24 camera and lens. If I now also consider that I stopped by Ringfoto Kramp on Friday to find out about a new telephoto lens in connection with my safari trip next year, and then followed up with the Fuji XF 100 - 400 mm & a suitable backpack I'm at home, then a lot is self-explanatory :) Thanks for reading and hope I could help you with my experience.

It's a shame that I can't give zero stars. Amateur-like operation ... display film itself is quite expensive ... seller not able to stick it on properly and then ask full price. Answer, that will give itself over time. Sorry, that is no service and not very professional. In the end, reference was made to the competition, which charges 5 euros extra for raising ... may be, but then it is also professionally applied ... absolute cheek!

Excellent range, very knowledgeable staff. For photo enthusiasts a shop that you should know, you don't just want off-the-shelf goods. Often very interesting offers. Often come from Luxembourg regularly to admire the expenses and sometimes make a bargain.
