Brought the phone that I have bought a year to repair, I was surprised that they coudlnt speak English but we still manage to communicate via translate and a few german words here and there. Even if we didnt know german, the staff was really exceptional and friendly. One of my fav tech stores in Germany that I like to visit. A mile better than Fnac or anything else that I have been before. The only equivalent in terms of quality is mediamarkt. Those German tech stores are exceptional with great people and service.

Overpriced, not by a little bit, but by a lot. Expect to pay significantly more than online. The offer is also not that great. For example, now that GoPro is released, they only have GoPro 7, and absolutely none of any accessories. Very disappointed. Staff is friendly though, granting a star above minimum one.

This is a big store with a big assortment. Worker's are friendly and helpful.
