Very good treatment, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the small treatment rooms in the basement are difficult to ventilate. Air purifiers could help implement the recommendations for protection against COVID-19, but unfortunately they are not (yet) available. As soon as the number of infections is below 30 again, I will make further appointments.

Mass processing, there is one or the other therapist who is quite listless and would rather watch TV during the treatment than look after me than To care for patients. After 15 minutes the treatment is over and has brought me zero.

Physiotherapists who listen and hit the pain points.

Yes, I was there recently, at "OPTIMED" in the industrial park, as a long-term patient. But there really hit me! No windows, only ventilation shafts and no heating system, only electric stoves! For me, there is no future for my physiotherapy in this Corona time. I went back to the Eckes Medical Center in Nieder-Olm, to the physiotherapy there, which, by the way, reopened 1 year ago. Large, bright rooms with lots of light and ventilation options! I feel safe there.
