I only say Murphy's law: I wanted to google the opening times and was amazed at the bad reviews and read them through. I was then on site and knew straight away how the ratings came about. There was nothing going on, and then I entered the shop "wrongly". Instead of going to the left, I should have turned to the right and was hit with a tone that just doesn't work! In retrospect, I discovered a hand-written, half-covered sign - you can argue about it whether I should have seen it. I always adhere to the Corona guidelines and treat people with respect, but this was not the case here. Little angels and devils stood in the shop, I felt sorry for the one lady, visibly ashamed of her colleague's nagging manner.
