Offer written for laypersons difficult to understand. It was positive that an appointment could be found at relatively short notice. As a layperson, I cannot say about the execution of the work. I have to complain strongly that the bill turned out to be significantly higher than the offer, although the scope had to be determined from the outset. Furthermore, billing was carried out according to the wrong measurement and generously rounded up on the second calculation. All in all, I don't want to recommend the company.

In the beginning everything seemed to be going pretty well. The viewing appointment came about relatively quickly and spontaneously. Mr. Meffert was punctual, nice and competent - everything made a serious impression. I had given him my contact details so that he could email me the quote. I'm still waiting for the quote, until today. In the meantime I had asked Mr. Meffert twice over the phone, he pushed it to the office and wanted to take care of it. As a precaution, I had sent him my email address again by text message to rule out that he had the wrong address. But unfortunately Mr. Meffert stops responding, not even to another message. I find it extremely unprofessional and also very rude to the customer to react to inquiries - a short refusal would have done the same. In retrospect, I am glad that no collaboration has come about.
