Dr. Detail - Autopflege Onlineshop

My experiences with Dr. Detail are rather bad. The first order has been over a week in coming and the second is allegedly gone. E-mails will be answered promptly and the refund of the money was easy Unfortunately, this does not seem to be an isolated incident ...

As a friend of the well-cared for and clean vehicle, I can thank you Dr. Highly recommend detail. A super nice contact. The service is top notch! Ordered yesterday, arrived today. Exemplary, thumbs up! ;-)

Had 2x ordered here, the 1st and last time. Since this shop apparently only with DPD shipped, and there seemingly only people "working", the reading is not powerful, I can not order anything there. In short: despite depositing a filing location at the house, ignored the driver and gave my package just 10 km away in a pickup shop. Throw in a card that says you have 6 days to pick up your package, then just go back. Mails (2) to DPD were ignored. Mail to the sender here, was indeed answered, they showed understanding of my anger and wanted to request another delivery of DPD. Nothing happened !!! If the item had not been in action, I would have canceled the purchase. So I can only say: 1x and never again. By the way, not the first time that there were such problems with DPD, a real S ... load. And that costs customers ... well, does not seem to matter.

Absolutely excellent shop. Everything delivered quickly. On site you can also buy something by agreement and even gets great tips and advice. So must. I can only recommend.
