The building does not look very attractive from the outside, but the interior is very bright and friendly. The service is excellent and the advice is comprehensive. Even if you could save a few euros when booking on the Internet, I prefer to book in this travel agency because of the competent advice. At least for somewhat more complex trips with stopovers, the total travel price is usually cheaper than for self-bookings on the Internet, because as a layperson, I am far from able to do research as well as the friendly travel agent.
