If all inquiries are meticulously referred to the exact compliance with all guidelines and terms and conditions, without the possibility of flexibly responding to the current situation, I no longer see the advantage of this on-site advice compared to cheaper online portals.

The employees are all very competent, always friendly and patient. Not only TUI Reisen are offered. I have rarely seen an internet offer, which has not been improved a bit. And you have a good feeling to have a personal contact person.

We trust none other than Fr. Hauck on our holidays! You can't get more competence, warmth and customer friendliness. We look forward to the next time.
