I can only recommend this veterinary. Ms. Regina Schwarz is not only sweet with the pets but also very kind with us, their owners. She speaks perfect English, what simplify the understanding for foreigners, like me. The place is very nice and bright. All the team is polite, including Maya, the dog of the veterinary, which is very well-behaved, even better than a lot of people that I know...;-)

We are very dissatisfied with Ms. Schwarz's veterinary practice. The treatments are very expensive, Ms. Schwarz was very rude to us a few times when, in her opinion, we asked unqualified questions about treatments for our cats. In addition, there is always a dog in the treatment room, our cats didn't like it, we had to ask that the dog leave the treatment room. But here is our last visit to the practice: Our old cat lady was injured, a 3cm long flesh wound. Our daughter brought the cat to Mrs. Schwarz, we were working at the time. The cat was 16 years old and already weak due to a known overactive thyroid and other age-related complaints. Ms. Schwarz pushed for an emergency operation without consulting us. Other possibilities were not mentioned and so our daughter gave her consent. Only general anesthesia were mentioned as possible risks. In the evening we got our old cat lady totally exhausted, the next morning she was dead. The treatment cost almost EUR 600.

I thought you were not very polite either, the price was also unbelievable for 1 syringe and pain medication a full 128 euros because there was an emergency service. If I go to my vet with the same problem, I don't even pay 40 euros. If my dog ​​doesn't would have been in such pain. Was already in the other emergency service with the same thing but I never came up with such a bill, if you are thinking about what is being earned in the hour. I'm glad I met Dr. Weimer see again. My dog ​​is always helped without usury prices. And that with all dogs where I have had.

Regina Schwarz and her team impress with their expertise and a good feeling for animals. When our senior came on the IV and I also racked my brains because of the worries, I was given great support, empathetically distracted and entertained. We recommend.
