I’ve window shopped this store quite a bit and found their merchandise quite elegant. I finally found the time to go inside the store during their operational hours, and was so disappointed by the rude customer service. As I entered the store to make a purchase, I was yelled at by a woman at the back of the store to “get out” and only 4 customers allowed in the store. I was wearing a mask, but respected the rules given the current situation. As I stepped out of the store, two other people entered the store and were allowed to shop and browse. I again attempted to go back into the store, knowing exactly what i wanted to purchase, however I was again confronted, aggressively, by this same woman. My planned purchase of €130 will be made elsewhere. I’ve never been treated so rudely, and will absolutely not enter this shop again.

Very friendly staff who always cater to individual interests and take the time to advise and arrange flowers. In terms of price, they are certainly not in the middle to high segment, which is also appropriate for the service. For me the price / performance ratio is very good.

A dream! Very nice and tasteful bouquets of flowers, a great shop and very nice staff. Love to shop here - the shop is just cute.

Great offer, creative, good-humored florists make beautiful bouquets according to the choice of flowers and the design wishes of the customers
