Had me given an appointment for inspection I called Mondays and got an appointment on Friday when I wanted to pick up my car they said to me that the front cover is leaking. I then asked why it was not repaired immediately since I still have a guarantee, looked in the system and told me the guarantee expired yesterday that you can only get appointments when the guarantee has expired

Unfortunately, statements are made here that cannot be confirmed in writing because one is not entirely sure about the Nissan guidelines. I keep trying to get a written confirmation of a statement that I don't even question. Even Nissan customer service doesn't understand the problem.
