Great service at the POS, staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the after sale delivery was -1 on a scale of 1-10. Delivery eventually scheduled 3 weeks after initial projected delivery date (upon which the sale was based!). then unable to confirm morning or afternoon delivery which is important to know given my wife's health condition and care needs. Better to buy at Poco, same selection and prices, where I got great service and quick delivery and setup.

The Möbel fundgrube is a large furniture store that caters for all tastes and Budgets. The staff are friendly and the furniture can be varied and adjusted to suit ones taste.

Completely unprofessional. The order was postponed by 3 more weeks without any reason. called them, they answered and since they didnt speak english they hanged up. didnt reply to my calls in the upcoming 20 mins. Terrible. Would never buy anything from here again!

Very bad service, first time they deliver wardrobe with missing items so I returned and they said it will take 3 months for new other, so I canceled it. In same delivery I got wrong product dimensions so I asked them to Return, they returned it but didn’t refunded yet , its been 1 month now. If I call to trier office they don’t respond properly and say to call main office number , if I call there they don’t speak English and cut the call. The experience is horrible, sure I will not buy anything from there again and will not suggest to anyone as well.
