We were looking for a specific item. The saleswoman was not very helpful and very rude. This poor customer service was undercut even further by the sales manager. With a self-glorifying arrogance, he declared between the lines that the stupid customers (we) shouldn't believe the lies in the Google search engine ... We will no longer enter this shop, Trier has many other nice shops with friendly, polite, competent sales staff.
