It is great that Rossmann has been in Bellheim for some time now, but the employees are not very customer-oriented. I've also seen friendlier employees in other stores. We had to wait a few at the till until we were cashed in because the employees unpack the goods which is also perfectly ok but the waiting times are definitely too long. The employees are also not accommodating when it comes to coupons etc. I prefer to go to the competition.

Can only report good things. Friendly, reliable and helpful staff.
